I have a new home and it is right here in San Antonio. I am officially living closer to my family, ten to fifteen minutes away, which feels like a warm exhale I did not know I needed. There is something powerful about coming back to your roots. The place that raised you. The city that shaped your grit, your heart, your hustle. Traveling for work hits different when you actually love what you do. A few weeks ago we were in San Francisco, recording for a tech company at a massive Microsoft event. The kind where the energy buzzes through the walls and you can practically feel the ideas flying around. We showed up, did our thing, and walked out knowing the content we captured was amazing.

And this weekend, we’re heading three hours south to Port Aransas to record for a restaurant on the beach. Those are the days that make me stop and think, this is the job I get to have. Even though we drive there and back on the same day, the car becomes a rolling reflection booth. A place to breathe, reset, laugh too loud, and then step out onto the sand for a second just to remind myself why building this business was worth every uncomfortable leap.
